- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Consistent track record to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to facilitate collaboration among all those involved.
- Experience across multiple mediums and channels (e.g. print, digital, OOH, etc.)
- Experience managing outside vendor and freelancer relationships.
- Owning the evolution and implementation of our processes, tools, workflows, etc.
- Thrive in a high-paced and high-volume environment.
- Skilled at problem-solving and being proactive.
- Willing to jump in wherever and whenever the team needs.
- A people person who enjoys proactively reaching out and connecting with individuals across the university.
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
