The candidate will assist Dr. Fogleman with instructional development for continuing education courses related to various aspects of food safety, including creating presentations, editing recorded lectures, making the lectures interactive, aiding with online course accessibility, and with grading assignments.

This position is a hybrid position and at least 50% of the work will need to be completed on campus.
