- Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Three years practice as a registered nurse.
- Two years of relevant college/university level teaching experience.
- Unencumbered RN license in the State of New Hampshire or eligibility for licensing in New Hampshire.
- Desire to work as part of a team in the department, cluster and within the University.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience using instructional technology and/or developing and delivering effective online instruction.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Medical Surgical Background.
- Simulation Experience.

Duty/Responsibility
- Provide clinical instruction and/or oversight for students’ clinical experiences including evaluation of student achievement and competence.
- Direct and debrief students in clinical simulation and labs.
- Participate in the development and delivery of inter-professional education.
- Advise and mentor students.
- Provide service to the program, cluster, university, professional organizations, and/or the community.
- Collaborate with other nursing faculty to ensure that the nursing curriculum is current and well-developed, i.e., learning outcomes, instructional components, and criteria for evaluation are clearly articulated.
