Summary
Ursuline College seeks bright and energetic individual to join the Office of Undergraduate Admission. The Admission staff contributes greatly to maintaining and enhancing Ursuline's reputation, including playing a vital role in continuing the efforts to present Ursuline College to prospective students and develop programs to assist with their needs. This is a full-time position reporting to Vice President for Enrollment Management. 

Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting, qualifying and counseling both new and transfer students. Supports and implements the recruitment plan for transfer and adult students. Oversee maintenance of transfer credit. Support efforts of transfer recruitment team through oversight and utilization of recruitment technology. Oversee transfer webpages, developing engaging, helpful up-to-date content while maximizing the user experience. Coordinate with Academic Affairs on specific articulation agreements with community colleges and communicate transfer credit equivalencies to prospective students. Plan events designed to target the needs of transfer students. 

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. At least 3 years experience in college admission/higher education or related setting. Supervisory experience. Technical skills to include Microsoft Office, plus experience with an admissions communications software and student information system, preferably Slate and Jenzabar. Must be highly motivated and energetic, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends. Demonstrated experience working in a multicultural environment. Additional desired experience include familiarity with the women's focused, Catholic College's mission and liberal arts tradition college environment.
