Misericordia University seeks candidates for a Coordinator of Student Engagement. The Coordinator of Student Engagement will develop, promote, coordinate, and manage student activities programs to promote student growth and development and support student success and retention. This position will develop, implement, and maintain the Student Outdoor Recreation Programs (SOAR) and will provide guidance and support to all student clubs and organizations.
A Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required. A minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training is also required. Experience in higher education student activities and knowledge of operations, services, and activities of a student activities program is preferred. Experience in Wilderness First Aid is desired. The successful candidate will have a current, valid PA driver's license, first aid experience, CPR and Ropes Instruction certifications. Membership with AORE (Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education) is also preferred.
